Bi-Fat uses specific weight management fat binder ingredients to assist with weight management plans and can be combined as part of a calorie-controlled diet to help reduce weight.

Bi-Fat includes
 
Chitosan a unique fibre substance which is extracted from marine shells. Test show that chitosan powder can bind up to 6 times its own weight in fat. This ball of fibre and fat can then be passed through the body with no calorie value. It may therefore also be beneficial for healthy cholesterol levels as well. Chitosan is also suggested as been beneficial in reducing bile activity which results in reduced fat absorption from food. For these reason Chitosan is a respected fat binder.    


Garcinia Cambogia a small fruit from Asia. The active ingredient in the fruit is Hydrocitric Acid (HCA). It is suggested that HCA reduces an enzyme called citrate lyase that helps turn excess carbohydrates into fat.

Congugated Linoleic Acid or  (CLA) This is a well-researched fatty acid and antioxidant .  CLA encourages the body to use existing fat for energy, which helps to reduce fat reserves. Research has shown CLA to preserve lean muscle and reduce body fat levels when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.   

Chromium Picolinate  A mineral that plays an important role in our bodies' normal carbohydrate metabolism, which converts food we eat into sugars. It supports stable blood sugar levels - crucial for slimmers as low and high “spikes” can lead to cravings, excessive hunger and binge eating.
