Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from Silvertown Health. You should be aware that by ordering any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions noted.

Definitions - In these Terms & Conditions "The Seller" means Silvertown Health and "The Buyer" means the purchaser of the goods from the seller under these terms and conditions.

Making a Purchase - We accept debit / credit card orders by telephone or online at www.silvertownhealth.co.uk. All card transaction processing is handled by Paypal or Google in a safe secure environment. You can also pay by cheque made payable to Silvertown by sending your payment and order details to Silvertown, 37 Leyland Road, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 9QH.

Age - By ordering goods you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

Price - The price of goods and services and any offers are correct at the time of point but are subject to change without notice. Any orders awaiting dispatch that have already been paid in full will not be liable to price change.

Payment - Payment of goods are due in full before dispatch.

Money Back Guarantee Goods - The Money back guarantee only applies to first time purchases of the product. If goods have been returned for a money back guarantee refund the goods must have been shown and stated that a full money back guarantee is offered on the product information page at www.silvertownhealth.co.uk

The refund will only be available for up to and including the amount of days guarantee shown for the product ordered after payment of the goods by "The Buyer". Any goods that do not show/offer a money back guarantee will not be subject to the above and no refund will be given other than the standard distance selling regulations requirements.

"The Seller" accepts no liability for lost return of goods without a receipt or confirmation of postage. Any postage costs to return any goods to "The Seller" will not be the responsibility of "The Seller". When returning the goods "The Buyer" must enclose a letter confirming their name and address so the refund can be made to "The Buyer".

Decision to Return - For some it can take longer for a product to be beneficial. Always read the recommended use section of each product so you know how long you should take it for to get the best results. On this basis please take this into consideration when making your decision to return the product under a money back guarantee.

Shortages & Returns - Goods must be inspected on delivery and any claim for shortages or damages must be advised to "The Seller" within 48 hours of receipt.

Customs - If an order outside of the UK is made we can not be held responsible for any delay or restrictions by the Customs regulations of the said country. It's "The Buyers" responsibility to ensure the product can be purchased in "The Buyers" country of delivery.

Cancellation of order - The "Buyer" has the right to return the goods and cancel their order up to and including 9 days after payment of goods. The goods must be returned unopened and in the condition they were dispatched in for a full refund to be issued to "The Buyer". Postage costs for the return must be paid for by "The Buyer". In the event of the return been lost in the post proof of postage must be provided by "The Buyer" for a refund to be given. All returns to be sent to Silvertown Health, 37 Leyland Road, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 9QH.

Please note the Distance Selling Regulations are not applicable if the order has been made for a business or sole trader or on behalf of a business. In this instance once the goods have been ordered they are deemed as sold and no cancellation or refund can be done under any circumstances unless the goods are faulty.

Delivery of Goods - All goods will be dispatched within 48 hours of the order subject to stock availability. If the products ordered are out of stock we will notify you in writing with an option for you to cancel your order free of charge if the estimated delivery date is not acceptable to you.

General - Goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose only. No responsibility will be accepted by "The Seller" for the health risks taken by the "The Buyer" in using any of the products or services. If you are in doubt about using any of the Silvertown Health products listed refer to your GP for advice.

Legal/Medical Notice - All information provided by Silvertown Health should not be a substitute for your doctor's advice or any other medical practitioner advice. You should consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or diet/supplement program if you have any questions. Silvertown Health presents all the information as educational only, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILTY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOLE REMEDY FOR ANY CLAIM FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE LISTED OR PURCHASED ON OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL BE LIMITED TO A REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR SUCH PRODUCT OR SERVICE. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL WE OR ANY OF OUR BUSINESS PARTNERS, OR ANY OF OUR OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS OR REPRESENTATIVES, OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, TRANSMITTING OR DISTRIBUTING THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCT SOLD THROUGH THE SITE, OR ANY PART THEREOF, BE LIABLE FOR ANY PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SITE OR ANY CONTENT, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE OR LISTED ON IT, WHETHER UNDER A THEORY OF BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
